Official India Prices: Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus in INR
These Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus figures come from Zoho's Zoho One pricing page and CRM Plus pricing page as shown for India on 5 October 2026. Both pages state that local taxes such as GST are charged on top.
| Plan | Billed annually (per month) | Billed monthly | Who must be licensed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho One Standard, all-employee | ₹1,250 per employee | ₹2,500 per employee | Every employee on payroll |
| Zoho One Standard, flexible user | ₹3,500 per user | ₹4,000 per user | Any number of users |
| Zoho CRM Plus Starter | ₹1,200 per user | ₹1,500 per user | Only users who need it |
| Zoho CRM Plus Enterprise | ₹2,900 per user | ₹3,500 per user | Only users who need it |
Two notes. First, the India Zoho One page shows the all-employee rate against a struck-through ₹1,800, and Zoho's pricing FAQ calls it a “special price”, so recheck before you budget. Second, the Zoho One Essentials edition showed no INR price for India when we checked, so this guide compares the Standard edition. CRM Plus does not include accounting, so our scenarios add Zoho Books (India: Standard ₹749 per organisation per month with 3 users, Professional ₹1,499 with 5 users, billed annually, per the Books pricing page).
Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus: Apps and Edition Levels
In any Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus comparison, price per seat means little without edition levels. Here is what Zoho states for each plan.
| Area | Zoho One (Standard) | CRM Plus Starter | CRM Plus Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM | Enterprise-level features; Ultimate as add-on | CRM Standard | CRM Ultimate edition |
| Help desk | Zoho Desk included | Desk Standard | Desk Enterprise |
| Marketing | Campaigns, Social, Marketing Automation and more | Campaigns and Social Standard | Highest editions, plus Marketing Automation |
| Projects and analytics | Included | Projects and Analytics Standard | Enterprise Projects; Analytics up to 5 million rows per user licence |
| Live chat and surveys | SalesIQ, Survey included | SalesIQ and Survey Standard | Higher limits, e.g. 200,000 visitors/month in SalesIQ |
| Events, webinars, team chat | Included | Not listed | Backstage, Meeting, Cliq, PageSense included |
| Finance (Books, Expense, Inventory) | Included | No | No |
| HR (People, Recruit) | Included | No | No |
Sources: Zoho states that Zoho One “offers Enterprise Level features” and that “Zoho CRM's Ultimate Edition can be availed as an add-on” (applications FAQ). The CRM Plus Starter page lists the Standard edition of each of its eight apps. The CRM Plus pricing calculator says a CRM Plus licence gives “single user access to the ultimate edition of Zoho CRM” and the enterprise editions of Desk and Projects, which applies to the full (Enterprise) plan. Zoho One's plan details page lists per-app limits, and the CRM Plus complete feature list has the rest.
Zoho One also leaves some things out. Its FAQ lists, among others, Zoho Catalyst, Zoho ERP, ZeptoMail, Field Service Management and paid Marketplace extensions as not included. Our Zoho CRM Plus overview covers the bundle in more depth.
Gotcha: the all-employee rule
The ₹1,250 Zoho One rate requires a licence for every employee on payroll, not just software users. Zoho's pricing FAQ says that if it finds unlicensed employees it will ask you to buy the remaining licences or switch to flexible pricing, and it reserves the right to take further action, including termination. If you have staff who do not use a computer or phone, Zoho asks you to talk to its sales team about the right approach. Most bad Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus decisions start here.
Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus Break-Even Maths
On licence cost alone, Zoho One all-employee beats CRM Plus Enterprise when:
₹1,250 × total employees < ₹2,900 × CRM Plus users
Rearranged, Zoho One wins once customer-facing users are more than about 43% of headcount (1,250 ÷ 2,900) on annual billing. On monthly billing the line moves to about 71% (2,500 ÷ 3,500). Against CRM Plus Starter, the per-seat price is already lower than Zoho One's, so Starter is cheaper on licences unless you also need finance, HR or higher editions.
Illustrative Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus scenarios (annual billing, per year, excluding GST; CRM Plus columns include Zoho Books for finance):
| Scenario | One all-employee | One flexible (customer-facing only) | CRM Plus Enterprise + Books | CRM Plus Starter + Books | Customer-facing share |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A: 12-person agency, all desk-based, 8 customer-facing, needs accounting | ₹1,80,000 | ₹3,36,000 | ₹2,87,388 | ₹1,24,188 | 67% |
| B: 40-person manufacturer, 8 office customer-facing, 32 on the shop floor | ₹6,00,000 | ₹3,36,000 | ₹2,96,388 | ₹1,33,188 | 20% |
| C: 25-person services firm, 15 customer-facing, needs HR and finance | ₹3,75,000 | ₹6,30,000 | ₹5,39,988 | ₹2,33,988 | 60% |
- Scenario A: 67% of staff are customer-facing, so Zoho One all-employee beats CRM Plus Enterprise and adds HR and other apps. Starter is cheaper still if Standard editions are enough.
- Scenario B: only 20% are customer-facing. Licensing 40 people on Zoho One costs about twice the CRM Plus Enterprise route. CRM Plus wins clearly.
- Scenario C: 60% are customer-facing and the firm needs HR. Zoho One costs less than CRM Plus Enterprise plus Books, before you even add an HR app.
These Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus numbers are worked examples, not quotes. Your real numbers depend on add-ons, storage, extra Books users and implementation. For a wider comparison against buying apps one by one, see Zoho One vs individual apps and is Zoho One worth it in India.
Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus Decision Framework by Team Type
| Team type | Usually the better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Sales-only team of a few users | Standalone Zoho CRM | Neither bundle may be needed; compare CRM editions first |
| Sales, marketing and support; finance and HR on other tools | CRM Plus | You license only customer-facing users |
| Small team needing Standard features only | CRM Plus Starter | Lowest per-seat price at ₹1,200 |
| Customer team needing Blueprints, advanced automation or CRM Ultimate | CRM Plus Enterprise | Includes CRM Ultimate; Zoho One needs an add-on for it |
| Desk-based SME where most staff use software | Zoho One all-employee | 50+ apps for ₹1,250 per employee |
| Large non-desk workforce (factory, retail, field) | CRM Plus, or Zoho One flexible for a few power users | All-employee licensing inflates cost |
| Startup building finance, HR and sales on one platform | Zoho One all-employee | One admin console, one invoice, room to grow |
| Non-profit organisation | CRM Plus (ask for non-profit pricing) | Zoho One FAQ says no non-profit or education pricing |

Switching Later: Upgrade Paths
Picking the wrong side of the Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus line is fixable. Zoho's Zoho One pricing FAQ says that if moving to Zoho One saves you money, you get a prorated price automatically.
To get it, start a Zoho One trial, add the apps you already use, and then upgrade; billing for apps on different cycles is consolidated. On the CRM Plus side, the Starter page says a mid-cycle upgrade credits the unused value of Starter, and data and customisations stay intact. You can move back to Starter only if no app still needs a higher edition.
